We got our start as a spin-off of Budget Commercial Cleaning Inc., a company founded in 1988 by Richard Bond after his honorable discharge from the Army's elite 82nd Airborne Division. That same foundation of discipline and hard work still guides us today. BCCI is still owned and operated by Mr. Bond, alongside Ellie Harvey, who has led the office for more than 12 years and specializes in construction clean-up for many of the region's top builders. Ellie's son, Johnny Hernandez, enlisted in the U.S. military after 9/11 and went on to serve with the D.C. Police Force before stepping in to run the day-to-day operations at Affordable Pressure Wash.
